Tried rebooting it? Checked your broadband speed? Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This will tell you the speed the puck is actually receiving. A minimum of 25Mbps is required.

I understand that youve tried rebooting it and taht youve got full fibre but what is the WIFI coverage like ? it may be worth going on the Netflix app and permoring a speed test.

Absolutely try the Netflix app speed test first. It doesn't matter what speed the router is receiving if the puck isn't getting an adequate stable connection.

Re: Sky stream judder

The router is 600 mm from the puck I was thinking about trying a data cable I know it's only 100mbs but worth a try. I also have a sky glass air tv but I haven't looked at that and again room above the router

Yes, if you've got an ethernet cable handy connect it to the puck and your router, then turn WiFi off on the puck's network settings. Do a restart of the puck to make sure it locks the ethernet connection. They have an annoying habit of trying to use WiFi even when the ethernet cable is attached.

Is your box on Q38 software? Check in the settings. If it is there is a bug that causes this and no matter what you do it might not fix it.
