I received 2 pucks, the 1st set up great, 2nd one will not set up

We have total WiFi cover in the property. 

Cannot set up the 2nd puck

I had this issue, on the puck, underneath is a power button,

Press and hold it, untill you see a Red Orange flashing, if you held it long enough you should see a screen where the puck is updating its self,

 

once the update goes though hopfully it will let you set it up
