Sky stream is rubbish

Sky sent me 2 pucks and despite 4very long phone calls and a complaint, I still can't get this to work. Sky are refusing to send anyone out to fix it. Has anyone got any advice?

Hi @Gill114

Maybe if you tell us what the problem is we would be able to help. Remember we are fellow customers so know nothing about your conversations with sky unless you tell us.

Re sending someone out, they are a self set up product..

I have 2 Glass TVs and 4 pucks working with no issues....

Re: Sky stream is rubbish

Hi. Thanks for your reply. The problem is that I am useless with technology and the Sky puck will not work and I can't get it to work, even after numerous phone calls to Sky and they are not offering a resolution apart fromm to ring an advisor again so I just get stuck in a vicious circle where I ring them, they can't sort the problem out but they won't offer a solution.

Hi @Gill114

Unless you tell us what your issue is we can't help.. are you having trouble setting it up? What bit are you stuck at?

Sky will not send an engineer for a self set up product.

Stream and Glass, which are both essentially Comcast products, were always intended to use a fundamentally different business model to the (legacy) satellite platforms with which Sky established its place as a British household name: they've never had installer or engineer visits as part of their support process.
