Sky stream puck not working

Puck had constant red light, removed power for 1 minute and reconnected. White light showed but still not functional. On power up Tv showed sky logo but then no further output. Cannot access menus or any function.  Swapped with other puck to check all other connections work, so definitely a problem with this puck. How do I get a replacement please?

Try recovery of your puck (step 2 in this article):

Failing that you will need to call sky customer services for a replacement as we are fellow customers on the community. Dial 150 from a Sky mobile or landline or number here:  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help
