@SteveYule  Freezing normally indicates poor wifi speeds, open the netflix app on your puck, go to get help and run a speed test.

 

You need at least 25mbps for HD & 30mbps for UHD.  Anything less will cause such issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
