Sky stream constantly going off no Internet connection

Everyday day my sky stream is going off at least 5-10 timed saying no Internet connection yet I have WiFi and puck in bedroom works fine

How far away is your puck from the router ? Sounds like your WiFi signal is getting blocked somehow ...

Try resetting the network connection in the settings and re connect to your WiFi

Sky need to improve their error messages.... should say lost connection to Sky Stream server🤔
