Sky stream can’t restart a program & automatically fast forwarding

Watch for Start for that channel is currently active as far as I can see.

Have you tried a puck settings restart to see if that helps resolve the issue for you?

We have though been made aware that there has been some known issues today with Watch from Start, so maybe part of that glitch that you are experiencing.

It may appear that it is available but when you click on watch from start it actually plays the episode from the catch up app. The only there is that aren't able to then fast forward through the adverts or rejoin it on live.

Everything has been working alright but now it appears that I and gold has malfunctioned. It makes me add a parental pin to watch at all times of the day and won't display the programme or let me rewind. Have you experienced this problem?
