Sky stream activation shows as no subscription
We have received our sky pucks
broadband is in and live
we have activated the pucks
but when setting it up it says no subscription.
the only thing we can see is that the order still shows as pucks not being delivered (?) and therefore seems like the sky stream can't be activated...but we are being charged from the date we have requested it to be activated.
there is no help on this and are struggling -any advice?

Unfortunately this has been reported a few times on the community recently. You will need to call sky as they will need to manually update your account. We are fellow customers here on the community.
You can call them by dialling 150 from your sky landline.
