Sky stream Various errors not sure were to start.
Had these problems a while may all be interelated
1) Have the stream wired via ethernet direct to hub. But every morning it comes up and reports no wifi even though wifi is turned off
2) Have also set Network standyby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to Off, was told this last year that it shoudnt go to sleep and remember its settings.
Can you help in anyway to resolve these problems.
Thanks

Hi @DF19
I don't have an answer for your actual issue. You've done all of the things I'd usually suggest doing in this situation.
I assume that WiFi isn't a good option for your setup? I know ethernet is better on paper but it might be worth considering just using WiFi. Appreciate that might not be viable though so just putting it out there.

Sometimes if you have "dirty mains power" a mains conditioning, surge protection adapter can help in my experience.

Re: Sky stream Various errors not sure were to start.
Another small update Just watching Calendar news Good Friday Evening got two minutes in and No picture or sound just a Blue Screen. Instead of Unplugging, Just used System Management "Restart Device" and came back after a few minutes.
Swapped the ethernet cable between the puck and the smart TV, incase there is something the puck doesnt like with that cable. As the Toshiba smart tv works fine.
Thanks for listening.

@DF19 Sky employees do not provide support in the forum it is a customer-to-customer channel although Sky staff moderate thr forum.
I had a similar issues a few weeks back with one of my pucks which I sorted in the end by rebooting both the puck and the broadband router.
