Playlist gone again, no speech, takes ages to boot up

Hi,
A couple of weeks ago I was losing my playlist on my SkyStream box regularly and been ok since then until now and it has gone again.
Also, I speak to the remote and nothing happens now and it takes ages to boot up when I switch it on that I have to turn it off and then turn it on and it is there.
I have turned off the box and left it for a couple of minutes and rebooted it and no difference.
I am sure this box is faulty and I have had enough of these problems now.
