Tried to report this issue this morning whilst renewing my contract and was told the issue was my broadband speed ( fibre 1.2 gbs ) was not enough to stream 🤦♂️🤦♂️ . So I had to escalate the issue and managed to get someone who 1/ had heard of he issue and agreed to escalate it. ..,, and 2/ also managed to find a " loyalty discount " to renew my contract that the original person could not !!
