Sky steam pluck

My sky steam pluck is stuck on you're now connected and it's not letting continue. I've turned it off, plug it it from the mains and it's still not moving from that screen. Anyone have any ideas of what's going on

Sounds like your setup of the puck  is stuck, even though you have restarted.


I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Along with a blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
