Sky steam is poor quality.
Recently moved from BT to sky and sky stream package. Really poor quality from day one. I'm currently 10 minutes in on Netflix trying to watch something and the 20% spinning download circle is stuck. Difficult to navigate online support and what a bad experience overall. @skysupport

Whats broadband download speed do you get to your property?
What speed is the puck getting? (Open Netflix on the puck, go to Get Help -> Check your network, and it will run a diagnostic)
Do you have the puck connected via Wifi or ethernet cable?
