Stream box not working

My new sky stream box won't work. It started off fine, I put details into various apps and then it said 'there is a technical fault' on all channels and it refused to work. I have unplugged the box, the new WiFi and replaced the batteries in the remote control. Nothing the tv HDMI channel is not recognising it.
