Sky sports Tile missing

The Sky sports tile missing from homepage. I usually select those then formula 1.  I have sky stream and cannot access SkyF1 on demand content

The sports tile from the top homepage rail  is always set within the  second rail (sometimes one lower when a large Sky Promotional set of tiles is active, (like the recent Disney, HBO and Hayu promotion) that also shows Playlist/Best of Sky/Sport/Movies/TVShows/News/Kids/Audio and music/Fitness/International

Below that rail is the tv guide rail.

 

Are you not seeing Sports listed in that second rail?

Plus, you can always use your voice remote, saying 'sports', 'formula 1' 'live formula 1' 'live sports this week' and the like that  will bring up the same rails, listed under the main Sports tile.

@LJ43   Try a restart of the puck.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have done the turn on/off  a couple of time. Turned off at mains etc. it disappeared yesterday
