Sky remote

I've recently replaced my Sky remote with a new one and once again it's not working, I'm  trying to get access to watch my Sky tv package it's very frustrating anyone got any answers to my question ?

Which system do you have :

SKY Glass, SKY Stream, SKY Q or SKY HD ?

@Kath2412 If two remotes aren't working then you've got to think it could be whatever box the remotes are trying to operate that has the issue.

It's sky stream,  I've got it working now, I unplugged everything a few times then it worked it's so temperamental,  & so frustrating thank you
