Hi @Chloe329 I'm not sure if this is what you are asking or not but to clear the programming in your remote simply press 7 and 9 at the same time and hold it for at least 3 seconds.
You can then programme it again by holding 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds and following the onscreen instructions which will set it up again to bluetooth mode.
If you hold 4 and 6 together it will programme it to IR mode (direct line of sight needed for this mode).
