Hi I am going to be house sitting for a few days am I able to take my sky puk to a different address for a couple of days so I am able to still watch it?

No, that is what Sky Go is for. It would be a breach of the Terms & Conditions that explicitly state Sky Glass/Stream can only be used at the registered address

I think you mean puck. A puk is an unlocking code for a mobile phone.
If your puck isn't working then you may need to force it into the recovery procedure and try setting it up again. You may have a faulty one of course too but Sky will replace it if you call them and follow their troubleshooting.
