Frustrating breaks in transmission
Every afternoon all channels experience breaks in transmission. The app tells me there is a problem so turn it off but Im not turning it off every damn afternoon - it needs to be fixed!!!! Arggggh!!!

Hi @Norifolk
It's sounds like an issue with your broadband. What speed do you get and what speed is you puck getting? Check in netflix (profile pic > get help > connectivity check).
Please provide more details of your setup and the community will do it's to assist, but remember we are fellow customers not sky support.
