Sky puk freezing
Sky puk freezing. I have 2 other boxes and a sky glass using the same internet. They are currently not freezing. Is this a hardware issue. I have performed a on / off and a factory reset. Nothing has improved it.

Re: Sky puk freezing
Hi @SG49
One way to see if it is hardware or environment is move a good / working puck to location with the issue and move the misbehaving puck to a good / workin location. If they behave as they are now - likely hardware. If not it's environment (i.e. WiFi blackspot).
If hardware you will need to engage sky to arrange a replacement as we are fellow customers here on the community.
