Sky Stream Puck replacement Looping live TV in 5 second loops

Hello,

I have had a replacement Sky Stream Puck sent out to replace a dud device that Froze with no error,  and looped restarting itself.

All troubleshooting steps have been done and the issue persists. (Please do not ask me to repeat the steps)

This concludes the Hardware is not fit for Purpose, and I have not been able to view what I am paying for TV wise due to the Hardware being faulty and Lacklustre.

Please can someone at Sky assist and direct me to a means to remedy this issue.

Hi @BenWC

You are telling other customers not sky. We don't know what steps you have taken. However you can't say this concludes it's hardware. I have 4 pucks and 2 Glass TVs working flawlessly. Have you considered it could be a broadband issue? Are you able to provide more details about your set up? What's the netflix speed test result? Do you meet the minimum speed requirements (25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps for multiple devices)etc etc?

Sky don't reach out from posting here. However I have escalated your post to them. Look out for a blue chat bubble as described here: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/My-post-has-been-escalated/ba-p/3711147
