Re: Sky puck
I have 2 glass TVs and 4 pucks and they are working solid with EE 1.6 Gbit service. however there are many on here having issues. It seems that there are some stability issues with some ISPs kit or infrastructure.
I did suffer this myself in June for a few months, EE rolled out an updated to the router which caused all my pucks to display no WiFi messages. After trouble shooting sky provided that it was a DNS issue, I complained to EE and they provided me with th Pro kit (which I should have automatically been upgraded too but hadnt). Since then I've had no issues again with the set up.
There is no excuse for sky pucks having issues with skys network and kit, but there are many many variables when it comes to other providers.
