Puck issues

Having issues with puck freezing, buffering and then a blank screen.  I've had all new equipment from my broadband provider and they also sent me a WiFi range booster that they usually charge £60 for but it's still doing it.  If I restart my puck every few days it works with no issues so I'm convinced it's the puck but fed up of trying to contact sky

Re: Puck issues

@Tazmania4580   It is interesting that your broadband supplier provided a range booster.  Can you explain why that was needed and exactly where your router is in relation to your puck please?  It would also be helpful if you know your approximate Internet speed as well.  Thanks .

Re: Puck issues

Hi.  The router is by the front door and the puck is at the end of the house so approximately 40ft?.  I complained and explained this to them and they suggested new equipment and said they would also send the extender for free
