Fed up with my sky streaming going off

Keeps freezing and going off.

Getting really fed up as im still waiting for someone to call me or fix it after 6 weeks

If no one contacts me in tbe nextv24 hours im cancelling my direct debit and will take this further.

You are telling other sky customers here on the community. However cancelling the DD is the worse thing you can do. Sky will refuse to speak to you if your account goes into debt and will send it to a recovery agency potentially affecting your credit rating etc.

 

The best course of action is to call sky back and raise a complaint with them or follow their complaints process:  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint?gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=2...

 

There have been reports of people having issues allowed to leave their contact etc however your MUST do this the correct way.
