Sky puck

Hi I phoned on Friday to get whole home when will I receive my tv puck

We are fellow customers on the community so cannot answer that. It should show in order tracking in the my Sky app.

 

Usually they are sent next day but it does depend on time ordered, stock availability etc.

Sky Stream pucks that are ordered separately will be delivered by our delivery partner, DPD.

 

Order confirmed: Delivery date*:
By 9pm Monday – Thursday Next day
After 9pm Monday – Wednesday 2 days
After 9pm Thursday – 3pm Sunday Monday
After 3pm Sunday Tuesday

As mentioned above, keep checking your MySky for any tracking progress.

If all goes to the above timings, you should get a text/email from DPD later today or overnight with the tracking and expected delivery timeframe
