Sky puck

Keeps coming up as by tv but never had that.

 

tried all the fixes but still comes up the same? 

cannot find a number to call sky: perhaps they don't want to help

You will need to explain your issue if you wish for the community to assist. What do you mean as "keeps coming up by TV"?
