Sky puck

I'm having terrible bother with my sky streaming puck it keeps turning off and then won't come on again it is sitting on my tv cabinet plently of space and cool the broadband works great would I be better getting the sky q box all help appreciated

I would recommend following these steps https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck and seeing if that helps at all. 

If not, it may be faulty and you should contact Sky to see if they can fix it their side or provide a replacement puck.
