Sky puck won’t turn on

I have tried the fix it but the puck will not turn on. There are no lights showigg no at all

You have not exactly mentioned what you have tried.

 

This is normally when the puck gets stuck in a standby state.

Have a read of this article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
