Sky puck won't turn on

Hi,

My sky puck switched itself a while ago, now when I try to turn it on it shows the black screen with the white SKY logo for around 30 seconds then switches off.  It's a full power down and the white light turns off

Me too, just turned mine on and black screen

Mines working again now.
