Sky puck won’t switch on

Hi,

 

my sky puck appears to have stop responding, it started by just switching on and the white light would stay on but no picture, so I did a hard reset by holding down the standby button etc, it's flashed coloured lights for a short while then it just switches off again, then when I try to switch on again, it just does the same, tried a couple of times and nowt?

 

any ideas?

It's been sorted now, spoke to an advisor, basically I was resting the puck by pulling the power cable out and not switching on and off at the plug!
