I've had to reset my puck after following the help on the app. It now won't link to my account on the restart. Does anyone know how to sort it out?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Cm5 A full reset is never advised due to the issues that can be caused and should only be done while speaking to support if they ask you to.
You'll need to call Sky to resolve this issue.
