Sky puck won't go past 'youre connected let's get started'

As above, I get to this stage of set up. Click continue and the screen goes black, doesn't display anything at all. Tried a reset by holding the power button down for 30 seconds but still the same.

Try unplugging it at the wall for 5 minutes and then trying again.

Nope same issue. Now the white light is flashing with a black screen

It might be worth trying the recovery process.

Still black screens after the you are connected step. Will ring sky tomorrow, must be a dodgy box. Not a great start!

what was the solution in the end?  am now on my 3rd sky puck with this issue - feels like a software update has gone wrong andsky wont admit it, nor fix it
