Sky puck wishing to upgrade to glass

Right I currently have the sky puck with sky cinema, ultimate tv , and uhd/dolby. Paying £44 a month. If I add sky glass gen2 65 inch which is £24 a month for 48 months which comes with the whole home thingy, free for 3 months but can be cancelled via sky app apparently. If was to cancel it ( whole home thingy lol) would that mean sending the puck back and then paying £68 for the glass tv cinema uhd/dolby and ultimate?

Yes I  believe  that if you cancel  the whole home subscription  after  the free  trial  has finished then as the puck is loaned to you by Sky, also if you  do cancel  the whole home subscription  I  believe  you will  need to give 31 days notice so you  would need  to cancel  a month  before  the free trial finishes

How long have you had your Sky Stream puck?

Sky Stream pucks ordered after 23 February 2023 in the UK and after 14 July 2023 in the ROI are loaned to you. So, these will need to be returned to Sky when you leave or downgrade ( like dropping Whole Home) to avoid any non-return charges.

If you had your puck before that date, the Puck is yours to keep and does not need to be returned. But, it will still only work with an active Sky Stream/Glass subscription and will need a Whole Home subscription if used with another Sky Stream Puck/Glass  TV in your registered Sky account address.
