Our sky puck randomly switches off at least once an hour turning tv off also. Frustrating if in middle of a program as when switched back on it does not go back to what you were currently watching.
@Duranc83 Well I guess the first thing to try, if you haven't already is to restart the puck.
The best way is to go to 'Settings' and System Management and restart. It takes a few minutes but will be ready once you are returned to the Home screen. .
