Sky puck to 2nd crashed while watching Sky TV

Sky puck to 2nd crashed while watching Sky TV  tennis and got a black screene. The main Glass TV is ok  though. Sky TV now doesn't show up on 2nd TV..

The puck light is on but the remote control won't work, but it does on the main TV.

I've tried everything, but the puck still wont pair with the 2nd TV.

I think the puck is faulty, what can I do?.

Hi @Tinyecho

Whe. You say tried everything what have your tried? Have you tried a full reset? As the puck is loaned to you, sky should replace it, however they will generally walk you though triage steps before this happens. The best course of action is to call sky as we are fellow customers here one the community.

Re: Sky puck to 2nd crashed while watching Sky TV

I  can watch Sky on my Sky Glass TV its  the puck to my 2nd TV which crashed now I cant watch Sky on that TV, even the Sky remote is frozen and the puck wont switch off, the green light remains even after unplugging and reconnecting,. Sky TV has disappeared on my 2nd TV only.

Sky rmote control batteries changed but no buttons work.

I can watch Sky on my Glass TV but the point is I cant watch it on another TV with the puck.

As per my response have you tried a full reset of the puck?

I.e. power off your puck at the mains. Wait 30 seconds. Power on at the mains and then immediately press and hold the button on the bottom of the puck, untill it flashes multiple colours, enters recovery mode and downloads software etc.

If you have and it is not responding you need to call sky and get them to swap out your puck.

Re: Sky puck to 2nd crashed while watching Sky TV

Sorted, it was as simple as a loosely connected wire into the puck.😩
