Sky stuttering and Netflix not loading

All of my channels on sky, whether it's normal tv or sports or movies, the picture stutters and goes blurry like there's a satellite issue. This is really frustrating as it happens during final matches or final episodes. The channel gets stuck or the screen goes blurry and still.  

Furthermore everytime we try and open Netflix a blank screen appears. We have to switch the box off and wait 30 seconds, switch it back on again and the app will then come on which is highly frustrating as it doesn't load straight away like it should.

Hi @Sanaparkar 

 

You have posted in the Sky Stream board but mention satellite. Please can you confirm which sky product you have?

 

Stream delivery is via broadband.
