Am I the only one fed up with Sky puck needing to be reset almost weekly. I've been with Sky less than six months and have had nothing but trouble, never had any issues with previous broadband and TV provider, sadly not available at our new property. Is this a problem with the software or poor service?

Who is your ISP?
The vast majority do not have those issues🤔

How do you have the puck connected to the internet? Its quite possible that the puck's internet connection isn't stable which can cause problems like this. Particularly if the internet connection is dropped it can leave the puck in a state where it essentially crashes and needs to be rebooted in order to function again.

Hi Mark, the pod is ethernet connected, and ive also set judder to on in settings, my whole experience with sky has been problem after problem. Ive even stopped phoning customer service as I get the same response, turn it off, turn it on after 30 secs, check connections, reboot etc etc. I think its cheap hardware and poor software are the main problems.
