Im new to sky - initiating sky puck worked just fine - later in day when switched back on sky puck is locked on Home Screen- I have turned this on and off - tried disconnecting from mains - left disconnected over night and still same issue when switching back on its stuck on home screen- sky remote wirks as this will switch tv on and off and increae/decrease volume- I have also tried unpaired and repairing remote - am now at a loss what do other than throw the damm thing out f the window - my first experience of sky leaving a lot to be desired
