I have the UHD package, for example watching the series 'Task' last night. The first episode was in uhd and hdr, but the next episode was in hd!
I even clicked the format button and changed it to the option I wanted. But it still would only show in hd. The show atomic will only play in hd. But I can click another series/film and it works, really frustrating. I have ultra deep setting on, I've also tried other hdmi ports. I have an lg Oled tv so I know that's not the issue. Even restarting the box doesn't help anything, any ideas?
