@davitth
Sorry to hear that however due to the way Sky Stream works it's very unlikely to be a hardware issue and most likely a software issue or broadband issue. The pucks are very sensitive so if they are connected to wifi make sure they are out in the open or try connecting to ethernet instead.
If your broadband is with Sky it could help to try the service checker in the MySky app to see if theres any issues there.
You can find more steps here or [Removed]
If you keep having continuous issues that can't be resolved that could also be grounds to leave penelty free.
If you found my post usefull please consider giving it a like or marking it as a solution.
Thanks, best of luck!

Re: Sky puck should be recalled .
Hi @davitth
I've got 4 pucks and 2 Glass units and they work fine. WiFi strength isn't the same as throughput. What speed are you getting on your puck (check in netflix (Profile picture> get help? > Connectivity check)).
Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have more than one Sky device.
You can't compare it to Q as that uses satellite not broadband to deliver your Service so not comparable. When you say normal TV is fine, again do you mean via an aerial? Not same delivery.

Re: Sky puck should be recalled .
What's going on is that your broadband router is not providing sufficient stable jitter free bandwidth to your puck.

Re: Sky puck should be recalled .
I think ive solved the problem, for 14 years my Sky HD box & Sky Q box have been inside the tv cabinet behind infra red glass so thats where i put my puck. I moved it out of the cabinet away from bluetooth gadgets and last night it was great.Surley this should be part of the set up installation to tell people not to put it in cupboards etc.
Cheers
- Dave.

Re: Sky puck should be recalled .
I have the same issue with my sky puck and Sony Bravia 8. Connected puck by Ethernet. Excellent broadband. But have to restart at least once a day.

Re: Sky puck should be recalled .
- Make sure the puck is infront of the tv and not behind the tv or inside your tv cabinet behind bluetooth friendly glass. This worked for me.
