hen watching Netfix very oftern the picture freezes say 0%, then it say no internet which is not the case.
have reset my Sky puck and refreshed my apps. The issue persists and the only way to regain function on the SKY Puck is to disconnect power and then reconnect..

If you go profile pic in netflix> get help > connectivity check. It will give you a measured speed result. What is that value in Mbps?

Re: Netfkix Freezes says no internet
Hi @G8C1
when in the Netflix app ....... go to settings - network- and run the network check - this should give you an indication of the speed being received by your puck. Anything lower than 40mb and you might find it a struggle.
some tips
- make sure the puck is out in the open
- make sure your router is also out in the open

Re: Netfkix Freezes says no internet
Hi @G8C1
Right so far in excess of the minimum requirements. In the same menu there should be an option to clear cache. It will sign you out of netflix, so make user you know your username and password, but give that a go as the next step.
