Sky puck remote keeps asking to st up

My sky puck remote keeps asking on screen when I press the blue button to set up the remote, once it is st up press it again and all it does is keep asking to set it up, frustrating or what

@Chloe142  How long have you had the puck & remote?  Once setup it should remain connected.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Since October, changed the batteries, this seems to have worked at the moment
