Sky puck playing up!
More often now when we switch on with the Home button on the remote the sky puck doesn't connect to the Internet. We go through the routine of switching everything off and then back on again but this takes a while. Why won't the puck connect straight away now? Everything else is connected to the wi-fi, no problem there.

Hi @Carol1155 this appear to be a current issue for users connected via Ethernet. I have just read another thread on the same subject which was referring users to another thread that had a work around which although not solving the main problem it does allow you to reconnect without a full reboot.
