Sky puk no sound

My sky punk has perfect pic but no sound I've reset checked sound settings etc but nothing

@Angela79  Have you tried unplugging the puck for a few minutes then plug back in as this cures most issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Also try cycling through the audio output options on the puck - change from PCM to Dolby Digital to Dolby Digital+ and see if that sparks the sound into life.
