Sky puck not working properly

Kitchen sky puck constantly saying there is a technical fault

Hi @Katie1966  and @Davey791  Rebooting the puck will often resolve the technical fault message.  You can either unplug the puck for a few minutes and then plug it in again and the puck will reboot.   Alternatively go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.

 

With either method the puck will take a couple of minutes to reboot during which time you will have a blank screen until the Sky logo appears.
