Sky puck not working at all
Hi just purchased a sky puck, came on Monday plugged it in every wall and every socke, it's not turning on I ordered a replacement wire, still not working will be ringing them up, to ask for replacement as I think it's the puck it self, I did the whole rest and the factory reset. I just want to know will they first send the replacement and then I send the broken one back or would I need to send the broken one first and then get the replacment also can a sky engineer come and deliver or test it for me

@Talktome there is no engineer support for Sky Stream its a plug-and-play setup.
What exactly is happening when you try to turn the puck on? Are you seeing a little while light appear at the bottom of the puck? Are you seeing anything on your TV screen when the puck is plugged in?

Hi @Talktome
Is it powering on at all? I.e. seeing a white light on the front? Try the steps in this help article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
If you get a replacement Sky will send a full new replacement and then a returns pack to send the old broken one back. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

I'm literally seeing nothing, I seen what type of light I'm looking out for as my neice has got one of these as well, it just blank no light nothing on screen

I'm not seeing anything at it's like a paperweight at this point like no light or anything nothing on screen to be honest. Okay that's okay then
