Did you order a sky stream puck when you ordered Sky Glass? If you have Sky Glass you only need a sky stream puck if you wish to watch Sky on another TV in your house that isn't the Sky Glass ( and have the Whole Home pack added-on to your subscription).

Re: Sky puck
Hi @Trish579
We are fellow customers on the community not Sky. Details of your orders can be found in my sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
However note adding whole home doesn't automatically dispatch a puck. You need to order them and pay the £39.99 fee. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs
Did your order a puck and was it included on your order confirmation?
