Sky puck not delivered

Hello,

 

I placed an order with Sky on 3rd November for the £15 offer with Netflix. I was advised that I would receive the puck the next working day, but I have still not received it.

 

After calling Sky, I was told that a new puck had been sent out and that I should receive it within a few days. However, I have not received any email confirmation, tracking information, or notification that it has actually been dispatched.

 

Is there a way I can confirm where my puck is and receive tracking details for the delivery? I have to say, this is not a great start as a new customer — I’m becoming quite frustrated with the lack of communication and delays.
