Anyone having issues with NETFLIX?

Netflix is constantly freezing when I try to use it. Is there a gneral issue at present?

 

My puck is hard wired to the hub. I have Sky Max Hub.

 

Frustrating.

Reboot your puck, either via the settings menu or turn it off at the wall for a minute of two. 

All the apps on Sky Stream are hosted on Sky's servers, not on the puck. Refreshing the network connection to the server can often help to clear caches and speed things up.

This may be a local issue with your connection.

 

Best to give your Sky puck a restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

 

Might also be worth doing a restart of your broadband router.
