Sky puck multiple glitches can I get a replacement

My sky puck (as it was when we got it) has many many glitches and has been restarted , reset and updated many times . If I listed all the glitches I would literally be here all night. Is it possible to get a replacement?

No as we are all customers here, have you spoken to Sky about the issues?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

When did you get your puck?

 

Is it loaned puck from Sky... if it is, inform Sky of the issue and request a replacement😉

 

If it is your property ... inform Sky and they will supply a replacement for loan and charge a fee☹️
